By accessing or using the Sven platform (“Service”) operated by 47 Network (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sven is a self-hosted AI platform providing multi-agent runtime, chat, voice, automation, knowledge management, and companion surfaces. The Service is designed for productivity and assistant workflows across web, mobile, desktop, and messaging channels.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Transmit malicious code, spam, or content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or unlawful.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Use the Service to generate, store, or distribute content that exploits minors.
  • Circumvent security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service without explicit permission.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, automate workflows, and assist with tasks. AI-generated output is provided for informational purposes and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving any AI-generated content before relying on it for decisions, publishing, or further actions.

6. Integrations and Connected Services

Features involving external systems, tools, or automations may require explicit approvals and policy controls configured by operators. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services, APIs, or model providers that the Service is configured to use.

7. Intellectual Property

The Sven platform, including its source code, documentation, design, and branding, is the property of 47 Network and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create and submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

8. Self-Hosted Deployments

When you operate a self-hosted deployment, you are the data controller and are responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws, configuring security settings, managing backups, and ensuring the deployment meets your organisational requirements. We provide the software and documentation; you are responsible for operational decisions.

9. Community Participation

Access to community features is gated by verified-persona onboarding. Community participants must adhere to moderation policies, respect other members, and refrain from posting content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke community access for policy violations.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Availability may vary by deployment mode and service dependencies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 47 NETWORK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 47 Network is established. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
